TriSatya Yoga School, registered and approved by Yoga Alliance, offers YTTC, continue education, yoga journeys and retreats.
TriSatya is a Sanskrit word literally meaning “Three Truths”. It is said in the Vedas, ancient Indian texts, that the Three Truths of existence are Creation, Preservation and Destruction. At TriSatya we believe that Yoga is meant for everybody in every corner of the world regardless of religion, background, gender, age or body type.
Our mission is to bring the gift of yoga to those who may not seek it out or have these teachings and experiences accessible. Our diverse and experienced team makes yoga available in a non dogmatic, approachable and authentic way. Unlike many western schools, which tend to feel intimidating and exclusive, we hope to bring people together, to create community, and to spread peace throughout the world.
We believe that yoga is an act of bravery, as it requires one to face fears, truths, potentials and limitations. We have spent many years studying with traditional Masters in India and throughout the world to develop a solid knowledge base of the ancient traditions of yoga, but we understand that some of these traditions must be adapted to fit into the modern world.
We are continuously evolving as a society, and we believe that our yoga practice should evolve with us as we learn more about the human body and mind. With this mindset, we hope to bring the Three Truths, or TriSatya, to the world in a practical, approachable way. We strive to create acceptance, preserve tradition and destroy limitations.
At Trisatya our teachings are linked to tradition while being adaptable in the modern world. We wish to share the practical tools of yoga in order to face the reality of Trisatya in a balanced way – the way of acceptance. We aspire to empower people from all walks of life, to experience a path that leads to realization and knowledge of their inner truth.
